Fazenda Launches Their Standalone Bar Fino In Bishopsgate

INTRODUCING FINO, THE NEW GROUND-FLOOR BAR AT FAZENDA BISHOPSGATE

Fazenda, the recently opened South American restaurant in the square mile, launched their impressive standalone bar in March – Fino. Translating to ‘refined’, Fino emanates contemporary elegance and finesse, offering a stylish haven in the heart of the City with a menu that highlights the restaurant’s Argentinian and Brazilian heritage.

Celebrating the flavours from the Pampas Fino pairs an exceptionally crafted cocktail offering with a menu of small plates and South-American sandwiches, inspired by co-founder Tomas Maunier’s recent trips to the continent. Set within a warm and stylish environment, the sleek and cosmopolitan bar provides the perfect haven for business lunches, outings with friends and date nights alike.

Offering expertly mixed drinks, Bar Manager Michela Castiglione has created a 14-strong cocktail menu, including two delicious non-alcoholic options. The menu, featuring a signature selection of South American inspired cocktails, fuses artistic flair with old time classics with drinks categorised as fruity delights, tangy explosions and complex sippers.

Cocktails on the menu include the Religious Leader – a play on Clericó, a traditional Argentinian white sangria, with a sparkling and fruity drink featuring Pampelle Grapefruit Aperitif, Branca Menta, watermelon and Chandon Brut, as well as the Red Wino – Chile’s traditional wine-based tipple Borgoña with a twist, adding El Jimador Reposado Tequila to the mix of strawberry-infused red wine, Cocchi Rosa, Yellow Chartreuse and soda.

Others include elevated-signatures like the Sour Birdie, a floral interpretation of a Pisco Sour that combines ABA Pisco and egg whites with Portobello Road Gin, Amaretto, rose tea and Orgeat, and the Tupian Villager. Inspired by the national drink of Brazil, the Caipirinha, the Tupian Villager is a sharp and herbal blend of Yaguara Organic Cachaça, Avallen Calvados and Fair Kumquat with sumac and Mediterranean herbs.

Alongside the drinks list, guests at Fino can enjoy a selection of dishes sure to transport them to the Pampas. The menu, curated by Executive Chef, Francisco Martinez features a selection of Fazenda’s signature small plates alongside some exclusive South-American sandwiches.

Platos chicos include the decadent Empanadas de Wagyu – with wagyu beef and an egg yolk as well as the Croquetas de Asado – beef rib croquettes with a chimichurri mayo, and Viera – a succulent Scottish scallop with a traditional moqueca sauce, yuzu and smoked ají. Guests can also indulge in the Gamba Patagónica – a juicy, giant king prawn dressed with a spicy chimichurri and Caviar e Churros – the surprising pairing of Cornish Baeri Caviar with savoury churros and crème fraîche. A premium sandwich offering, all served with crispy fries, includes the Bauru Sanduíche – showing the top-sirloin cut of beef, Picanha, with an egg, peppers and manchego cheese, and the Choripán de Wagyu – a wagyu beef sausage layered with peppers and chimichurri mayo.

Fino combines sleek design with rich, walnut panelled walls and luxurious leather furnishings to create a chic yet comforting environment. In the back end of the expansive bar is a lounge area, framed by a vibrant feature wall and a plush-emerald sofa, where guests can relax and enjoy the bar’s extensive menu. Ambient lighting throughout the bar sets the tone for an experience to be remembered.
