THE STAFFORD LONDON
To celebrate Easter, The Stafford London in St James’s will be offering a seasonal twist on their famed afternoon tea. Following freshly baked scones and delicate finger sandwiches, guests will be able to indulge in seasonal cakes and pastries from the hotel’s bespoke cake trolley, including Hot Cross Buns and the signature Vanilla and raspberry white mouse adorned with an Easter Bonnet.
Created by The Stafford’s pastry chef Magdalena Velczenbach and culinary director Lisa Goodwin-Allen, the Easter afternoon tea will be available at The Stafford from 25 March to 1 April, 12pm to 5.30pm, priced at £70pp or £87pp with a glass of Louis Roederer Collection 243 Champagne. All cakes and pastries will also be available to enjoy individually in The Stafford’s lounge.

THE LAUNDRY BRIXTON
To mark this year’s Easter celebrations, Brixton’s all-day neighbourhood bistro The Laundry – from New Zealand-born chef restaurateur Melanie Brown – will serve a New Zealand twist on an Easter classic: Hot Cross buns with feijoa, stem ginger and honeycomb butter.
Celebrating Easter on a global scale, feijoa – New Zealand’s alternative to guava – will take centre stage, incorporated into the light and fluffy bun mix along with a smattering of stem ginger. The buns, which are baked in house, will come served with honeycomb butter (aka hokey pokey butter, for Kiwis) and topped with a sticky, sweet feijoa glaze. Bacon can be added for those who desire to create the ultimate Easter treat. Hot cross buns will be served Friday-Sunday from 15th – 31st March.
MAURO COLAGREGO: RAFFLES LONDON AT THE OWO
At fine dining restaurant Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO, the globally revered chef and his team will offer a special four-course menu on both Good Friday and Easter Saturday, in celebration of Easter weekend. Priced at £125, the Easter Menu celebrates the very best of spring, beginning with a dish of Cauliflower, served with confit egg yolk, cauliflower cream and a fenugreek emulsion.
Diners will them move onto Rhubarb with mascarpone, dulse seaweed and rhubarb aguachile, followed by Leek, a dish of turbot, leek bearnaise and cockle ragout. For dessert, Orange sees a rice pudding, rice and milk crisps, orange ice cream.
SAISON: RAFFLES LONDON AT THE OWO
At Saison by Mauro Colagreco – the relaxed Mediterranean restaurant from the acclaimed chef, also at Raffles London – diners on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday will be able to enjoy a duo of seasonal specials.
In the restaurant’s spectacular dining room – channelling a Mediterranean courtyard with its glass ceiling, trees and trellises – guests will be able to tuck into either a Leg of lamb with a fresh tomato-based Provençale sauce, or a Cornish red chicken with sauce choron, a twist on bearnaise, also with tomato. Each dish will also be served with a selection of sides, and priced at £55.
BAGATELLE
Bagatelle London is thrilled to announce an enchanting and deliciously delightful celebration in honour of Easter weekend this March. Inspired by the timeless tale of “Charlie in the Chocolate Factory,” Bagatelle promises to transport guests into a world of pure imagination, wonder and fun.
Taking place between Sunday 31st March to Sunday 7th April, other than closing on Saturday 30th March and Saturday 6th April, Bagatelle will remain open hosting an unforgettable journey through the fantastical realms of Willy Wonka with a chocolate and champagne paradise. The venue will transform into a vibrant chocolate factory wonderland, complete with oversized candies, whimsical decorations, inspired by the 2023 hit film Wonka.
Each night, Bagatelle will be handing out five Wonka inspired chocolate bars, for the chance to win the ‘golden ticket’. The golden ticket will provide guests with a chance to win a dinner for four with a special bottle per ticket. As a token of appreciation, for every person that dines over the Easter period Bagatelle will donate £1 to the charity Magic Breakfast. Magic Breakfast makes a difference to over 200,000 children and young people every day by offering breakfasts and expert advice to tackle morning hunger in schools across England and Scotland.
THE COLONY GRILL ROOM
On Easter Sunday, Mayfair’s The Beaumont Hotel will be serving a Stuffed saddle of lamb with Jersey Royals, peas, broad beans and mint jelly on The Colony Grill Room’s Sunday menu, to mark the spring holiday.
Also available on the restaurant’s Sunday menu will be transatlantic-inspired hors d’oeuvres – including NY shrimp cocktail, Lambton & Jackson smoked salmon and Hereford steak tartare – and entrées such as Roast dry aged sirloin with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables and Roast Cornish cod with shredded squid and bouillabaisse sauce, for those in search of an Easter alternative.
Not forgetting desserts, guests can round off their meal with sweet treats of The Colony Room bespoke sundae; Vanilla cheesecake with rhubarb and ginger; Bananas Foster with spiced rum and ginger cake and more.
NESSA
To celebrate the Easter weekend, Nessa, the modern bistro in the heart of Soho will serve a special Lamb Hotpot. Designed for the table to share the dish, created by Executive Chef Tom Cenci, comprises Cornish lamb shoulder from family-run Butcher HG Walter & confit potatoes.
Guests can enjoy the sharing dish alongside other signature plates from Nessa’s menu including cheese & onion croquettes, celeriac carbonara and black pudding brioche. For dessert, there’s carrot cake with caramelised pecans and cream cheese frosting or rhubarb and ginger trifle with citrus custard and chantilly.
LUCA
This Easter, LUCA, the modern Italian restaurant in London’s Clerkenwell, will be serving a special menu for the spring break.
From March 28th until 12th April, guests can enjoy the Chef’s Spring Menu, featuring an abundance of the best of season’s produce, such as white asparagus, wild garlic, morels and Spring lamb. The Chef’s Spring Menu can be enjoyed in LUCA’s secluded, foliage-filled terrace, equipped with heaters and covering so that you can enjoy the start of spring whatever the weather.
The Chef’ Spring Menu will be available for £95pp for both lunch and dinner.
