THE NEW MENU AT THE WIGMORE WILL OFFER BOTH CREATIVE DISHES AND BREAKFAST CLASSICS

The Wigmore, the modern British pub located at The Langham, London on Regent Street, is set to launch breakfast on 26 April. The new menu, overseen by Michel Roux Jr., will be available Wednesday to Sunday, offering both creative dishes and breakfast classics.

In keeping with the pub’s quintessentially British nature, the brand-new menu features the likes of Scottish smoked salmon, buttered crumpet, chive soured cream; Rice pudding pancakes, banana and golden syrup; and Smoked haddock kedgeree, saffron pilau rice, poached egg. Those looking for hearty options can select the pub’s take on a full English with the Tavern Breakfast, or, in honour of The Wigmore’s signature cheese toastie, the Breakfast Stovetop Toastie, fried egg, Red Leicester, maple bacon and hot sauce.

To drink, the build-your-own Bloody Mary station provides guests with the opportunity to create their perfect breakfast cocktail, with Ketel One vodka and tomato juice alongside a choice of garnishes including honey, BBQ sauce, Bloody Mary salt, pickles, olives, and feta. Other morning cocktails available alongside the new breakfast menu include Passion Fruit Mimosa; Mango Bellini; and Double Irish Coffee with Jameson, espresso, Guinness, salted caramel and tonka bean.
