ABOUT MIMOSA
The Riviera Spirit, created in 2021 by Moma Group, launched in Hotel de La Marine, Place de la Conrode Paris. Despite its distance from any shoreline, MIMOSA takes us on a journey South, setting course for the French Riviera and its legendary ease of living, a table of the sun, celebrating Mediterranean cuisine. The décor, the team’s ballet and the demanding dishes are the ingredients of a new French art de vivre: contemporary and breath taking.
For MIMOSA, after the food, this requirement is also translated in the decor entrusted to the architect and interior designer Dorothée Delaye. Mimosa represents three key words: nature, pleasure and sun. Mimosa is an ode to South of France, to its exceptional products, to its heritage and to its identity. Each bite makes the sun and the joy of living sparkle, like an endless summer.
