The new menu will comprise customisable CBD infused vegan pizzas and small plates with a range of dedicated vegan dips, alongside spellbinding CBD cocktail serves. Super-natural tarot inspired pizzas will combine fresh, delicious toppings with a crisp, charcoal bases alongside fiery, fruity and flavourful dips. The vegan menu at The Athenian draws on Greece’s healthy eating traditions and abundant fresh produce from its stunning natural landscape to create authentic vegan and vegetarian street food specialities. In the UK, Greek Food historically has been associated with little more than grilled meats and moussaka, but The Athenian has been challenging these misconceptions by adding an array of plant-based options to the menu. The vegan gyros combine seitan marinated in herbs, lemon juice and olive oil served with vegan Athenian sauce and oregano flecked fries. Crudo offer their vegan bowl which contains Chickpeas, Quinoa and Rocoto sauce. Once you have your base, you can choose from a selection of add-ons such as avocado, sweet potato, crispy onions and cassava chips. They also have an extensive range of vegan sides and salads including miso kale and beans encevichados. Crudo is based in bustling Fitzrovia, and is a new casual dining and grab-and-go concept bringing the vibrant flavours of Latin American ceviche to London. Crudo, meaning raw, is a Cevicheria where you can design your own ceviche bowls as well as choosing from a menu of tantalising options.
