South Place Hotel is embracing Spring 2019 together with Martin Miller’s Gin in its new ‘Enchanted Garden’. To celebrate the change of the seasons, from 11th February, the first floor’s Secret Garden will be transformed into a floral haven inspired by the gin’s botanicals. South Place Hotel will also be providing more reasons to celebrate at the Enchanted Garden with a little extra ‘Gin’ Ne Sais Quoi on Mother’s Day.

Witness Spring bloom before your own eyes and garnish your cocktail with ingredients picked by hand from the garden’s living wall. Visitors can enhance their floral-inspired Gin cocktails with fresh botanicals and flavours, from juniper and nutmeg, to grapefruit and basil, prepared on the bar.
