24 – 28 October 2017

Two-time MAC Award nominee and RuPaul’s Drag Race Season Five winner, Jinkx Monsoon is bringing her one woman show Jinkx Sings Everything to London’s Leicester Square Theatre from 24th – 28th October, following an often-extended Off-Broadway run, an Australian tour and a previous run at The Soho Theatre in London.
The show comes as part of Soho Theatre’s commitment to take the best work from London’s most vibrant venue for new theatre, comedy and cabaret to the rest of the UK.

An avid Broadway enthusiast, she loves nothing more than belting out a show stopper, so that’s exactly what she plans on doing. In Jinkx Sings Everything, the audience will be able to suggest and request their favourite Broadway songs to be performed on-the-spot by this boozy chanteuse – accompanied on the piano by Joshua Stephen Kartas. Her improv skills and memory will be put to the test as she stumbles her way through this unforgettable show. No two performances will ever be the same!

Favourite of worldwide hit TV phenomenom RuPaul’s Drag Race, Jinkx Monsoon is the sassy alter ego of Portland born entertainer Jerick Hoffer. Having toured worldwide, Jinkx has performed two sell out, extended runs at London’s Soho Theatre with off Broadway US spectacle The Vaudevillians, co-starring Major Scales and returning last Christmas with a follow up seasonal sell-out Unwrapped! Earlier in 2017 she performed as part of The Drag Ball at London’s Eventim Apollo Theatre and co-starred with Peaches Christ in the much-buzzed-about Return To Grey Gardens in NYC and London.

Soho Theatre is London’s most vibrant venue for new theatre, comedy and cabaret. As entrepreneurial as it is innovative, over the last five years under the joint leadership of Soho’s Artistic Director Steve Marmion and Executive Director Mark Godfrey, the charity and social enterprise has almost trebled audiences, opened a new venue and produced more work than ever before. The vision for 2015-2018 is to ambitiously expand beyond Dean Street with an additional larger new venue, a digital and TV presence, and a national and international touring programme. National tours bookending Soho Theatre’s 19-show Edinburgh Festival Fringe programme this summer are Jack Rooke’s Good Grief and Olivier Award winner Ursula Martinez’s Free Admission and India’s Vir Das in autumn sohotheatre.com
